The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and TopNet Solutions, Inc.
Your privacy is important to us. All information gathered by us from you in connection with your account will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party for any reason whatsoever.
The introductory service we offer is a search engine optimization (SEO) service targeting one (1) keyword related to your business and achieving a position is the "a-g" sections of the Google Maps listings. This keyword will be agreed upon before work commences and once payment is made it constitutes your formal acceptance of the search term we have agreed upon. Occasionally the keyword search volume drastically changes after we have optimized your listing for the agreed upon term. This is beyond our control and we will make every effort to ensure we select a keyword that will bring you a high volume of traffic to your Google listing. It is up to you to convert those visitors to customers. Optional additional marketing services (such as web page conversion improvements, video marketing, customer list building and marketing) may be offered at a future date for an additional fee. These additional services are custom solutions and will carry their own terms and conditions.
A valid credit card is required to pay for the services provided by SEO4Results.com through TopNet Solutions, Inc. The service is billed on a monthly basis in advance through PayPal. After 90 days if you are not happy with the placement position of your business on Google's search properties you are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid to date. It is essential that we wait at least 90 days since we have to wait for Google to identify and associate all of the citations we aquire for your business to your business listing. This takes anywhere between 45-60 days, but rankings can take longer depending on the competitiveness of the targeted search phrase. If you subscribe to any of the paid portions of our services, you understand that once you have become a subscriber, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your credit card will be charged based on the subscription program (e.g., annual, monthly, etc.) you have chosen. Payment is due on the defined recurring billing date. Service will be interrupted on accounts that reach 10 days past due.
You are solely responsible for cancelling your account by contacting TopNet Solutions, Inc. via email through this website or via the HelpDesk located at www.TopNetSolutions.net. If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. TopNet Solutions, Inc., at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of services for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account. TopNet Solutions, Inc reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in its sole and absolute discretion.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF OUR SERVICES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.
