Our strategy seeks to generate income through lending activity while maintaining a strong focus on collateral, underwriting and capital preservation.
Where We Invest
Albany evaluates opportunities across several areas of real estate:
Single Family Residential
Acquisition, renovation and construction financing for residential investment properties.
Multifamily
Financing for smaller multifamily properties.
Commercial Real Estate
Select retail, office and single tenant commercial opportunities.
Residential Development
Financing supporting residential lots and construction.
The Fund's lending criteria primarily contemplate SFR properties of one to four units, multifamily properties of five to twenty units and select commercial real estate opportunities.

The real estate matters. So does the structure around it.
Albany evaluates the borrower, property, valuation, advance rate, market, exit strategy and collateral before capital is committed. Loans are secured by a priority first lien, with additional protections incorporated into the underwriting and closing process.
